Provide efficient and useful technical assistance on IT Systems to colleagues focusing on, but not limited to the development and engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities
<ul type="disc">
<li>Resolving questions and queries on IT issues</li>
<li>Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software for users</li>
<li>First point of contact for Engineering and Development teams seeking assistance and support</li>
<li>Perform troubleshooting via diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions</li>
<li>Manage, follow-up and update tasks and ticket status and information</li>
<li>Skills in Windows, Linux, SQL, Development Tools and Industrial Networking</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements
<ul type="disc">
<li>MS SQL and Linux Certification and 1 year working experience in Windows, SQL and Linux Environment</li>
<li>Highly driven person who can ensure the organization’s technology, services, network and security are working effectively</li>
<li>Must be customer-oriented and patient when under pressure</li>
<li>Understand technical problems or requests and can resolve these issues by providing advice or solutions</li>
<li>Good understanding of MS Windows, MS SQL, virtualization and Linux</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Administration</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Helpdesk Systems (ServiceNow)</li>
</ul>
