<li>Represent Thales AEC organization and carries out all assigned servicing duties on the field as per one of our major customer at Chicago (US)</li>
<li>Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, provide technical support, and collaborate with Thales AEC other departments to ensure a positive customer experience</li>
<li>Provide basic technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed on Thales AEC Aero Satcom products</li>

Job Requirements

<li>Aero Satcom technical background is appreciated with a strong experience and knowledge in the Aerospace Industry</li>
<li>Experience of Customer Support is fully appreciated</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience on aero aftermarket</li>
<li>Problem solver and ability to work in a fast pace environment</li>
