Own the Quality System of Thales AEC Lyngby and ensure its consistency with AEQ Quality and other Thales sites
Be the unique point of contact for clients and authorities for System and SW projects
Ensure timely validation of internal, client and authorities deliverables
Enforce and audit the development process at the site
Responsibilities
Quality Project:
In collaboration with the Project Manager, you will establish the Project Quality Plan, define validation steps (project reviews) and ensure their alignment with the project schedule
Participate in the creation of the Software Plans regarding the customers expectations et the regulation (DO-178C)
Work with the teams to make sure the software processes are followed, do the audits to make sur the plans are followed
Implement project risk indicators and monitor resulting actions, their effectiveness and improve them if needed
Feedback the project group to optimize product and process development
Conduct and update risk analysis
Validate prototypes and archive embedded softwares (control mark)
Validate documents submitted to the clients
Quality System:
Act as the Quality System Manager's representative and ensure liaison with Rungis/Troyes on the Lyngby site
Ensure the implementation of Quality System documents; training, auditing, adapting according to the needs
Qualifications
Master's or BSc in CS/EE/Project Management and/or Quality Management with a good and proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Manager
At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other regulated industries. Good knowledge of regulations and norms such as EN9100, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160, DO-262 and DO-256 is a plus
Experience from embedded systems development and associtade processes
Experience in using requirement management (e.g Doors, Helix) tools and PLM tools
You have a good understanding of aeronautical industry requirements
Fluent in English
Based in Lyngby, with regular trip to other Thales sites, customers and subcontractors, as needed
